Hi, I'm Mark, owner of Forces of Nature Health and Wellbeing. I have a huge passion for helping people in all aspects of their health and wellbeing. 
I have over 15 years experience in this area and am thrilled to have my studio at New You Hair Salon in Clacton-on-Sea after moving here recently. My Goal is to concentrate on preventing pain and injuries from developing wherever possible and to treat the root causes of injuries by applying the appropriate treatment method. 
Patients are always provided with the best treatment methods to get the fastest results possible.  Regular treatments are recommended to target aches and pains early so that they can be prevented from becoming worse and making it more difficult to treat and heal.
