Had my first appointment at the salon yesterday with Charlotte for a colour, cut and blow dry. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I’d walked through the door! Charlotte done my hair just as I’d wanted and gave advice when asked. I’m extremely pleased and will definitely be making this my regular place to go. I enjoyed chatting to Charlotte cos she made me feel like I’d known her for ages. Her professionalism came across immediately as soon as she started on my hair.
